These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kinmel Mart website and our official app on the Google Play Store. By using them, you agree to these terms.

No online ordering or delivery through this website

This website does not offer online orders or delivery — it is only a representation of Kinmel Mart and its products. Kinmel Mart operates through its physical stores at the Shisuwa and Budhibazar branches and through our official app on the Google Play Store.

Prices

Grocery item prices can change at any time. Even if you place an order at one price, the price may change by the time of fulfilment. If you do not accept the changed price you can return the product — but continuing with the order means you accept the updated price.

Return policy

We check and test products before sending them, but we are also human — sometimes a damaged or expired product may be delivered. In that case, it can be returned.
For a return, the product's seal must be unopened. To be clear: we never deliver seal-opened products.
Returns are accepted only at the exact time of delivery, before the rider leaves. Once the rider has gone, a return will not work.

Age-restricted products

Children of 10 years and above may use our app, but products such as tobacco-based items and hard drinks are strictly for customers above 18 years of age.

Local storage & your data

Our app uses local storage on your device for user login, cart and order history. Your data stays on your device. In case of loss of data — for example, clearing app data or changing devices — we are not responsible.

Product images

Images on this website and in our app are for representation only. Sometimes an image may not exactly match the actual product, or may not show its true behaviour or appearance.

All data, design, content and everything used on this website and in our app is the copyright of Kinmel Mart and AstaVox. Copying or reusing it in any way is extremely prohibited without written permission.

Links to third-party services such as maps (Leaflet) and the Google Play Store are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, terms or availability.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kinmel Mart is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or app.
